With 20+ years of experience and a degree in Finance and Economics from Boston College, Lou joined Gulf Cryo in May 2022. Lou has group responsibility for Gulf Cryo’s finance organization, including FP&A, Controllership & Accounting, Treasury, and Tax, as well as our financial transformation as we position for the future.

His prior experience includes 12 years with Xylem, lastly based in Switzerland, in the dual roles of Vice President and CFO for the Water Infrastructure Segment—a global leadership position for Xylem’s largest operating segment and the European Commercial Team. Prior to Xylem, Lou also spent 12 years with General Electric, first as a member of their financial management program, and then with the corporate audit staff, before assuming a series of finance leadership roles with diverse business units all over the world.

Louis offers Gulf Cryo a global and multi-industry background with both a wide breadth and depth of knowledge in business strategy, performance management and improvement, corporate governance, accounting, financial reporting, and people & team development. He is a hands-on leader, equally comfortable with our customers and the board as he is working internally with the team.

Louis is a champion of Gulf Cryo’s sustainability drive, helping us and our customers to decarbonize the region through our strategic investments and partnerships. He is also a key driver of our internal digital and diversity initiatives.

With an incredible career of 27 years in the gas industry in India and the Middle East, Jayaseelan joined Gulf Cryo in 2002 as plant manager for Arabian Gases Co. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, followed by a postgraduate diploma in Business Administration from University of Madras, India.

Jayaseelan was a part of Asiatic Oxygen Limited and Praxair in India, serving a bunch of designations throughout the career ladder. Under his thoughts and insights, they successfully established four major ASUs and filling stations.

Associating with Gulf Cryo, in December of 2009, Jayaseelan was awarded the Group Vice President-Technical and Engineering position for Gulf Cryo with regard to his intellectual thought leadership utilizing his years of experience adding to Gulf Cryo’s growth. He is considered the master brain behind the success of our operations and projects including more than five on-site projects ASUs, more than 20 CO2 filling stations, and acetylene plants.

With an experience in procurement and administration in the Middle East for 6+ years, Rami joined Gulf Cryo in 2013. He has acquired a bachelor’s degree in Public Administration and studied International Business for his master's.

In February 2015, Rami was announced as Deputy General Manager of Gulf Cryo-Turkey. He was the best choice to reshape the business in the region and add value through our establishing processes. In April 2017, his assistance was required at the Project Management Office, hence his appointment as PMO Manager to serve as an interpersonal player, thought leader, and strategic thinker for Gulf Cryo to manage and accomplish projects across the operating countries.

Since January 2018, Rami has been heading the procurement division and serving as the Head of Procurement to achieve the objectives and sustainable strategies that align with the organization's future goals in building a sustainable environment.
