The use of this website (“Gulf Cryo Website”) is provided by Gulf Cryo Holding Company and its regional subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, “Gulf Cryo”) and is subject to the following Terms and Conditions of Use (these “Terms and Conditions”). By accessing, browsing, or otherwise using the Gulf Cryo Website, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) and confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you use the Gulf Cryo Website on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that organization. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.

1. Permitted Use and Intellectual Property

All content on the Gulf Cryo Website - including text, images, graphics, logos, trademarks, technical documentation, and website layout (collectively, “Website Content”) - is owned by or licensed to Gulf Cryo and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Each person accessing the Gulf Cryo Website is a “User” (and collectively, “Users”). Users are permitted to view and access Website Content for personal, non-commercial informational purposes only. A single copy may be made for such use, provided no content is altered, all proprietary notices are retained, the copy is not further distributed to any third party, and such copy remains subject to these Terms and Conditions.

Gulf Cryo does not grant any license or right to use its trademarks, brand identity, or intellectual property beyond the limited access described above, and all rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Gulf Cryo. Users must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, frame, scrape, use for machine learning or artificial intelligence training, or commercially exploit any Website Content without Gulf Cryo’s prior written consent. Use of the Gulf Cryo Website from any jurisdiction where such access is prohibited by law is not permitted.

2. Restrictions on Use

Users must not use the Gulf Cryo Website or Website Content to:

• Conduct any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized activity
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, systematically extract Website Content, or use any automated means (including bots, crawlers, scrapers or data mining tools) to access, collect or index Website Content

Gulf Cryo reserves the right to deny or terminate website access at any time, at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for any reason, including where these restrictions are breached or where Gulf Cryo reasonably suspects misuse.

3. Gas Product Information and Safety

Safety Data Sheets and product technical documentation are available directly from Gulf Cryo at infoUAE@gulfcryo.com. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that all Gulf Cryo products are handled by qualified personnel in accordance with applicable health, safety, and regulatory requirements in their jurisdiction.

4. Contact Form Submissions

Submission of an enquiry through the Gulf Cryo Website contact form does not constitute a binding order, supply agreement, or contract of any kind. Any information submitted through the contact form will not be treated as confidential or proprietary unless a separate written agreement provides otherwise. Gulf Cryo will respond to enquiries through its standard commercial process. A response does not constitute acceptance of any order or commitment to supply. Personal data submitted through the contact form is processed in accordance with the Gulf Cryo Privacy Policy.

5. Website Accuracy and Third-Party Links

Gulf Cryo takes reasonable steps to maintain the accuracy of Website Content but does not warrant that it is complete, current, or error-free at all times. Website Content is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, subject to the disclaimers set forth in Section 6 below. Gulf Cryo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Gulf Cryo Website at any time without notice or liability. 6. Disclaimers, Liability, and Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Gulf Cryo makes no express or implied warranties regarding the availability, accuracy, merchantability, non-infringement, security, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Gulf Cryo Website or Website Content. Gulf Cryo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive or exemplary loss or damage arising from use of, or inability to use, the Gulf Cryo Website, reliance on Website Content, unauthorized access to or alteration of transmissions or data, or access to third-party websites linked from the Gulf Cryo Website. In any event, Gulf Cryo’s total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or the Gulf Cryo Website shall not exceed fifty United States dollars (US$50).

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits Gulf Cryo’s liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Users agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Gulf Cryo, its subsidiaries, directors, officers and employees from and against any and all claims, actions, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in relation to: (i) the User’s use or misuse of the Gulf Cryo Website; (ii) any breach of these Terms and Conditions; (iii) any violation of applicable law by the User; or (iv) any infringement or violation of the rights of any third party by the User.

7. Export Controls and Regulatory Compliance

Certain Gulf Cryo products and technologies may be subject to export control regulations under UAE law, GCC frameworks, Turkish law, and applicable international controls. Information published on the Gulf Cryo Website does not constitute authorization to export, re-export, or transfer any product in contravention of applicable export control laws. Users accessing the Gulf Cryo Website are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable export control, sanctions, and trade compliance laws and regulations of their own jurisdiction.

8. Amendments, Governing Law, and Jurisdiction

Gulf Cryo reserves the right to update the Gulf Cryo Website, its content, and these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Subject to the paragraph below, any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or use of the Gulf Cryo Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Emirate of Dubai, UAE. Gulf Cryo may, at its sole discretion, bring proceedings against a User in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict, or override any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under the mandatory laws of the jurisdiction from which you access the Gulf Cryo Website. Where any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be prohibited or unenforceable under such mandatory local laws, that provision shall apply only to the maximum extent permitted by those laws, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. For the avoidance of doubt, in all other respects, Gulf Cryo’s rights under these Terms and Conditions and the governing law specified herein shall remain unaffected.
