To provide legal counsel and support across all business activities in Saudi Arabia and the Group legal function in general, ensuring legal compliance, managing legal risks, supporting commercial and corporate matters, and protecting the company’s interests while enabling business objectives.
Provide legal advice and support to the business operations in Saudi Arabia and the Group legal function in general.
- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of commercial agreements and legal documents.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Saudi laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Support corporate governance matters, including board resolutions, powers of attorney, and corporate filings.
- Manage litigation, disputes, investigations, and external legal counsel.
- Advice on employment, procurement, sales, distribution, and operational matters.
- Identify legal risks and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Support mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, group agreements and strategic projects when required.
- Develop and deliver legal and compliance training to internal stakeholders.
- Monitor legislative and regulatory developments and advise management on their impact.
- Prepare periodic legal reports and updates for the Regional Legal Department.
- Work closely with business leaders to facilitate commercial objectives while protecting the company’s legal interests.
