UAE-based industrial gas company Gulf Cryo has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the climate startup CO2minX, founded in 2025 in Saudi Arabia to develop carbon dioxide mineralization technologies.
The process converts captured CO2 and industrial waste into sustainable, low carbon footprint mineral materials. Through this partnership, the two companies will combine CO2minX's innovative technology with Gulf Cryo’s infrastructure and market presence to create an integrated carbon mineralization platform.
As a CO₂ value-chain integrator, Gulf Cryo goes beyond carbon capture by developing new downstream pathways and markets that accelerate scalable carbon utilization.
