Gulf Cryo exhibited at SEAFEX from 19-21 November showcasing its innovative gas applications for the seafood industry. Headed up by Gulf Cryo’s application engineers, Milos Kostic and Mariam Khalifah educated and entertained visitors to the stand with a series of liquid nitrogen demonstrations. With a pan of liquid nitrogen at – 196°C vegetables and fish were engulfed in white vapour and frozen within seconds. They also made ice-cream with liquid nitrogen and treated visitors to sample a taste with chocolate sprinkles! The colourful stand was eye catching and informative and proved very successful with over 200 enquiries and a number of leads for new business opportunities.
