On-site Equipment Operations and Maintenance

Gulf Cryo Engineering and Operation team shall provide technical support, operational support and trouble shooting of ASU, VPSA and PSU operations. Gulf Cryo Operation and Maintenance team has well equipped and ready to provide on site O&M service support for ASU and VPSA operations.
 

Fabrication of Cylinder Racks and Baskets
Gulf Cryo Engineering and Fabrication department has been equipped to fabricate cylinder racks and baskets as per ASME and Oil field standards.
 

Gas System Design & Operations
Gulf Cryo Engineering  and Fabrication team has been equipped to  design, fabricate,  install and commission the central gas pipe line system  and on site gas mixing system. Gulf Cryo had installed number of  Central Gas supply system and on-site gas mixing station in the Gulf region for food and metal cutting industry.  Gulf Cryo had installed the following on-site mixing station in the region.

 Gas Equipment Maintenance & Testing

Gulf Cryo has been equipped to carryout equipment maintenance and testing on cryogenic tanks and ISO tanks service. Our services include: cryogenic tanks leak test, vacuum testing, third party inspection and cold test. We test all high pressure compressed cylinders as per DOT (C-1) standards.

 

Pipeline Purging & Pressure Leak Testing

Since 1953, Gulf Cryo has experience in oilfield, petrochemical and gas industry pipeline purging and line inerting with dry nitrogen gases. We are equipped with truck mounted high capacity ambient vaporizer and skid mounted liquid Nitrogen ISO tanks that shall be parked at site to carryout the above job.
